Our Classes

Our Fitness Plan is a total body fitness class. It focuses on improving strength, endurance and agility. This class is for all fitness levels. It’s is a great way to prepare for all types of sports (football, basketball, MMA, boxing and more).

Personal Training

Some clients prefer private instruction or simply would rather not train in a large class. Our Personal Training allows clients to train with an instructor one-on-one to maximize their fitness goals. Personal Training sessions are available in 30 minute and 1 hour sets. We also offer 5 sessions packages with a discount for paying in advance. Private sessions are personalized for the client and can include any of our disciplines Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA, Fitness, etc.

Our "Where the whole family can get it" mantra stems from motivating our clients to rise above defeat and to persevere in their martial arts and overall physical fitness training, but more importantly in life.
