Our Classes

Our Little Warriors class is an introduction to Mixed Martial Arts and Fitness for the 4 to 7 year old age group. We teach them discipline and respect while they are having fun learning the basics of martial arts, boxing and kickboxing. There is also an Anti-Bullying focus in their class!

This class is designed for those who are looking to get in good shape; to elevate your fitness and condition your body. We also have clients that want to compete in the ring or cage on an amateur or professional level. This class uses bag work and partner drills both on the ground and stand-up, blended with boxing and kickboxing for an ultimate full-body challenge. You’ll experience a full range of physical work including punches, kicks, wrestling and grappling; all combined for a full Mixed Martial Arts experience! Students from Beginner to Experienced can participate and benefit from this class!

Personal Training

Some clients prefer private instruction or simply would rather not train in a large class. Our Personal Training allows clients to train with an instructor one-on-one to maximize their fitness goals. Personal Training sessions are available in 30 minute and 1 hour sets. We also offer 5 sessions packages with a discount for paying in advance. Private sessions are personalized for the client and can include any of our disciplines Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA, Fitness, etc.
